6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may also remove and/or delete any information associated with your account.

SPEDIX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT THE DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
SPEDIX DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE SERVICE IN TERMS OF ITS CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.
8. Limitations of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL SPEDIX BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF SPEDIX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CHANGES MADE TO THE SERVICE OR ANY TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT CESSATION IN THE PROVISION OF THE SERVICE (III) THE DELETION OF YOUR USER CONTENT OR ANY INFORMATION YOU PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE; (IV) OR ANY OTHER MATTERS RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
